If our service isn’t living up to your expectations during the first 7 days of activation you may cancel the service and receive a refund. Restrictions apply.

REFUND POLICY

Requesting to cancel your North America Mobile service and receive a refund can only be done within 7 days of the original account acvtivation date as determined by North America Mobile. To receive a refund you must complete the online “Refund Request Form” [ www.northamericamobile.com/refund ] and have purchased a service plan directly from North America Mobile [ online order or phone order ] and not from a 3rd party or retail store location. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded. Please note that excessive use within the first 7 days of activation may disqualify you from receiving a refund as determined by North America Mobile. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of online refund request.
